Aquatic Research and Development, a company focused on finding innovative ways to use LED lighting, was featured in an article in the Utica Observer Dispatch.  The three-year-old company has developed aquarium lighting using a blue LED that simulates moonlight for corals and animals that are more active at night.  The company is now looking to expand into the home lighting market, particularly with under-cabinet lighting, officials said.
